“酒店賓館公共廣播”解決方案

隨著我國(guo)對(dui)外(wai)改(gai)革開放的進一步深入(ru),酒店賓館的建設在我國(guo)已掀起一個高潮。再(zai)加上近年(nian)來(lai)各種新技術、新方法的不斷出現,特別(bie)是(shi)近年(nian)來(lai)弱電系統發展得特別(bie)快,如何做好新時(shi)期建筑特別(bie)是(shi)星級賓館的弱電系統設計,是(shi)擺在我們(men)電氣設計人員面前的新課題。

酒店公共廣播,賓(bin)館(guan)公共廣播系統的(de)設置原則

我們(men)知道(dao),建筑的音(yin)響系統一般可分(fen)為以下(xia)三種:

n業務性廣播系統

n服(fu)務性廣播系統

n火災(zai)事故廣播系(xi)統

根據《民用(yong)建筑電氣(qi)設計規范》要求,酒店賓(bin)館(guan)公共廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統(tong)應(ying)設置(zhi)(zhi)服(fu)務(wu)性廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統(tong)和火(huo)災事故廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統(tong)。服(fu)務(wu)性廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統(tong)應(ying)以滿足欣賞(shang)性音(yin)(yin)樂類廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)為(wei)主,且節目(mu)設置(zhi)(zhi)不宜超過五套(tao)。賓(bin)館(guan)的服(fu)務(wu)性廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統(tong)包(bao)括背景音(yin)(yin)樂和客房音(yin)(yin)響。

專業(ye)音響工程背景音樂和客房公共廣(guang)播系統的設計

星級賓館應在辦公室、走廊、門(men)廳及公共場(chang)所設置(zhi)(zhi)背景音(yin)樂。背景音(yin)樂揚聲(sheng)器一般選用(yong)3W~5W。客(ke)房(fang)音(yin)響系統(tong)顧名思義是在客(ke)房(fang)內設置(zhi)(zhi)供客(ke)人休息、時(shi)收聽(ting)的音(yin)樂節目。前面已(yi)經說過,節目的設置(zhi)(zhi)一般不超過五(wu)套。

揚聲設備的選(xuan)擇

背景音樂系統(tong)平時主(zhu)要播送背景音樂,給人們提供一(yi)個良好的(de)辦(ban)公、學習環境。在辦(ban)公室(shi)、生活間(jian)、更衣室(shi)等房間(jian)內可按0.05W/m2左右(you)裝(zhuang)設。一(yi)般會議室(shi)、餐廳、商(shang)場等大開間(jian)宜裝(zhuang)設1W~3W揚聲(sheng)器(qi)。層(ceng)(ceng)高為(wei)(wei)2.5m左右(you)時,采(cai)用(yong)1W揚聲(sheng)器(qi);層(ceng)(ceng)高為(wei)(wei)4m以上時,采(cai)用(yong)3W揚聲(sheng)器(qi)。間(jian)距均為(wei)(wei)層(ceng)(ceng)高的(de)2.5倍左右(you)。走道揚聲(sheng)器(qi)問距按層(ceng)(ceng)高的(de)2.5倍左右(you)考慮。客(ke)房音響系統(tong)一(yi)般是在每間(jian)標準客(ke)房內裝(zhuang)設1W的(de)揚聲(sheng)器(qi)。揚聲(sheng)器(qi)一(yi)般均吸頂安(an)裝(zhuang)。

音頻(pin)傳輸方式(shi)的選擇(ze)

音(yin)頻(pin)傳輸(shu)方(fang)式一(yi)般有兩種(zhong):定(ding)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)方(fang)式和定(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)出(chu)方(fang)式。定(ding)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)廣(guang)播(bo)范(fan)圍大,用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)增減較(jiao)方(fang)便;定(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)廣(guang)播(bo)范(fan)圍較(jiao)小(xiao),配線簡單(dan)而且音(yin)質(zhi)較(jiao)好。但由于定(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)出(chu)網(wang)(wang)絡阻(zu)抗計算較(jiao)麻煩,切(qie)除用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)揚聲器時必(bi)須用(yong)(yong)相當(dang)的(de)等值阻(zu)抗假性負載代替。因此(ci)只(zhi)適用(yong)(yong)于廣(guang)播(bo)網(wang)(wang)較(jiao)小(xiao)的(de)場所。而星級(ji)賓館的(de)廣(guang)播(bo)范(fan)圍都比較(jiao)大,用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)也經常(chang)增減廣(guang)播(bo)單(dan)元(yuan),因此(ci)星級(ji)賓館的(de)廣(guang)播(bo)網(wang)(wang)絡一(yi)般都選用(yong)(yong)定(ding)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu),功率傳送。

客(ke)房音響系(xi)統的(de)設(she)計(ji)還有(you)(you)一種做(zuo)法是把所有(you)(you)音響節目經調制器混(hun)入共用天線系(xi)統,通過同軸(zhou)電纜送入客(ke)房,在床頭控制柜(ju)上裝調頻(pin)(pin)接收(shou)機(ji)把音頻(pin)(pin)信號解調出節省設(she)備(bei)。但每個房間使用不方(fang)便(bian),現在大型賓館(guan)很(hen)少采用這種設(she)計(ji)。

系統前端(duan)設備的(de)選擇與設置

如(ru)前所述,星(xing)級賓館的音響系(xi)統宜選(xuan)用(yong)定壓輸出(chu),功率(lv)傳送(song)。下(xia)面(mian)給出(chu)功放設備的容量(liang)計算(suan)公(gong)式:

P=K1×K2×Σ0

式中,P----功(gong)放設(she)備輸出的總電功(gong)率;

P0=Ki×Pi,每分路同時廣播(bo)的最大電功(gong)率;

p1----第i支(zhi)路設(she)備的(de)額定容量;

Ki----第i支路的同(tong)時需要系數;

客(ke)房音響系統每套取0.2~0.4;背(bei)景音樂系統取0.5~0.6;

K1線(xian)路衰耗補(bu)償系數;賓館音響系統允許衰耗1dB,取1.26;

K2老(lao)化系(xi)數,一般取1.2~1.4。

例如(ru):某三星級(ji)賓(bin)館有320套客(ke)房,按每(mei)間客(ke)房裝設四套節(jie)(jie)目,使用1W揚聲器,則每(mei)套節(jie)(jie)目功放設備的容量(liang)計算如(ru)下:

P=K1×K2×ΣP0=1.26×1.4×(320×0.4)=226W

所以,每套(tao)節目(mu)可(ke)選擇2臺(tai)120W的功率放大器,四(si)套(tao)節目(mu)共八臺(tai)即可(ke)滿足要求。

前端設備除了(le)功(gong)放(fang)(fang)單元以(yi)外(wai),還有信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)(yuan)、前置增音(yin)機(ji)、監(jian)聽器等。信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)(yuan)一般可(ke)選用立體(ti)聲調頻接收機(ji)、自(zi)動回帶(dai)播放(fang)(fang)錄音(yin)機(ji)、CD唱機(ji)等。前置增音(yin)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)能是把信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)(yuan)來的(de)不同電(dian)平的(de)信(xin)號(hao)進行規整、放(fang)(fang)大,使不同信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)電(dian)平在(zai)進入功(gong)放(fang)(fang)設備時基本一致,以(yi)保證每套節目的(de)電(dian)平在(zai)放(fang)(fang)大輸(shu)出后(hou)基本一致。

酒店背景音樂(le)(le)系(xi)統,服務性廣播(背景音樂(le)(le)和客房(fang)音樂(le)(le))與火災事故廣播的關(guan)系(xi)

酒店(dian)賓(bin)館建筑(zhu)的(de)(de)服務(wu)性廣(guang)播與(yu)火災事故廣(guang)播均(jun)合用揚聲器(qi)。我國《火災自動報警系統設計規(gui)范》指(zhi)出(chu),火災時,應能(neng)在消防控制室將火災疏散層(ceng)的(de)(de)揚聲器(qi)和廣(guang)播音響擴(kuo)音機(ji)強制轉入火災事故廣(guang)播狀(zhuang)態。賓(bin)館客(ke)房的(de)(de)揚聲器(qi)應具有火災事故廣(guang)播功能(neng)。因此,在具有緊急廣(guang)播功能(neng)的(de)(de)賓(bin)館廣(guang)播音響系統設計中,必須注意:

n消防(fang)報警(jing)信(xin)號應(ying)在系統(tong)中具(ju)有(you)最高優先權,應(ying)具(ju)備切斷背(bei)景(jing)音樂和客(ke)房音響等狀(zhuang)態的功能;

n應便于消防報警值(zhi)班人員進行(xing)控制;

n傳輸電纜和揚(yang)聲器應具有防火特性;

n最好設(she)置獨立的(de)備用電源設(she)備,在交(jiao)流電斷電的(de)情況下,保證報警廣(guang)播(bo)的(de)實施。

因此,在(zai)設計酒店賓(bin)館公共廣(guang)播系統時(shi)如何(he)使服務(wu)性廣(guang)播與火(huo)災事故廣(guang)播有機(ji)結合(he),是在(zai)設計時(shi)需要特別(bie)考慮的問題。

其實(shi),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)這種(zhong)有機結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法很(hen)多,下(xia)(xia)面介紹一(yi)種(zhong)簡單實(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)做法:末端切(qie)換系統(tong)。我們知道,無論是(shi)(shi)(shi)背(bei)景音(yin)樂(le)還是(shi)(shi)(shi)客房音(yin)響,都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)把信(xin)(xin)號送至揚聲器(qi),并(bing)在揚聲器(qi)前端加上(shang)音(yin)量控制(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)。為了使緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)廣播(bo)不受音(yin)量開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi),現(xian)(xian)在火(huo)(huo)災報警(jing)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)都(dou)提供一(yi)種(zhong)帶地址編碼的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)換模(mo)塊(kuai),此切(qie)換模(mo)塊(kuai)在正常(chang)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia),接通服務性(xing)廣播(bo),一(yi)旦有緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)情(qing)況,馬(ma)上(shang)能(neng)(neng)由火(huo)(huo)災報警(jing)控制(zhi)(zhi)室強(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)切(qie)換到緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)廣播(bo)狀(zhuang)態。并(bing)可根據火(huo)(huo)災事故(gu)(gu)情(qing)況,指(zhi)揮事故(gu)(gu)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)上(shang)兩層及下(xia)(xia)一(yi)層人員疏散(san)。由于這種(zhong)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號是(shi)(shi)(shi)在末端切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)(de),所以(yi)稱之為末端切(qie)換系統(tong)。需要(yao)指(zhi)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi),切(qie)換模(mo)塊(kuai)必須(xu)在音(yin)量控制(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)之后,才能(neng)(neng)保(bao)證火(huo)(huo)災事故(gu)(gu)廣播(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最高優先權不受音(yin)量開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)。這種(zhong)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原理如下(xia)(xia)圖:

酒店賓館公共廣播系統,音晌前端室的布置與設計

酒店賓(bin)館的音(yin)響控(kong)制室(shi)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)均與有線電(dian)視前(qian)端(duan)機(ji)(ji)房(fang)合用。這是因為他們工作時間和服務對象差不多(duo),合在(zai)一(yi)(yi)起,可以減少管理人員(yuan),提高效率。大型音(yin)響系統(tong)的前(qian)端(duan)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)設有:機(ji)(ji)房(fang)控(kong)制室(shi)、錄播室(shi)、資料室(shi)、辦(ban)公室(shi)等。每間面積一(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)可控(kong)制在(zai)20m2左右。機(ji)(ji)房(fang)控(kong)制室(shi)的設備布置應符(fu)合下列要(yao)求:

柜(ju)前凈(jing)距(ju)不小于(yu)(yu)1.5m,柜(ju)側與(yu)墻、柜(ju)和柜(ju)背與(yu)墻的凈(jing)距(ju)不應(ying)小于(yu)(yu)0.8m,柜(ju)側要(yao)維護時柜(ju)間距(ju)離不應(ying)小于(yu)(yu)1m。

音晌系統的線路敷設

酒店賓館(guan)一般均有弱(ruo)(ruo)電豎(shu)井,為了減少(shao)每(mei)套(tao)(tao)節(jie)(jie)目(mu)的相互干擾和每(mei)套(tao)(tao)節(jie)(jie)目(mu)間的相互干擾,每(mei)套(tao)(tao)節(jie)(jie)目(mu)出線(xian)(xian)分(fen)別穿鋼(gang)管沿弱(ruo)(ruo)電豎(shu)井敷(fu)設。干線(xian)(xian)一般采用ZR-BV-500 2.5mm2或4mm2導(dao)線(xian)(xian),每(mei)層支線(xian)(xian)一般選用ZR-BV-500 1.5mm2導(dao)線(xian)(xian)穿鋼(gang)管沿吊頂(ding)內(nei)暗敷(fu)。

音晌系統的供電與接地

酒店賓館的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統均有雙(shuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),因(yin)此,在音響控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)設一(yi)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang),此配電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)由雙(shuang)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),末端互技,以保證音響控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。另外,一(yi)般均設有穩壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)裝置及(ji)不間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)裝置,從而更好地保證供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)可靠性及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)。

廣播(bo)控制室(shi)應設置保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)接(jie)地(di)。為(wei)減少供電(dian)系統(tong)對廣播(bo)音頻系統(tong)的(de)(de)影響,保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)接(jie)地(di)應分開(kai)設置。推薦一(yi)種做法是在(zai)弱(ruo)電(dian)豎井和強(qiang)電(dian)豎井內各敷(fu)設一(yi)根40×4的(de)(de)銅帶分別(bie)作(zuo)為(wei)弱(ruo)電(dian)系統(tong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)接(jie)地(di)和強(qiang)電(dian)系統(tong)的(de)(de)保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)。這種接(jie)地(di)在(zai)接(jie)入大地(di)時(shi)是一(yi)點接(jie)地(di),總(zong)接(jie)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)不得大于(yu)1Ω。這樣,就(jiu)可使弱(ruo)電(dian)系統(tong)更(geng)好地(di)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
